I've discovered another gem hidden away in the middle of Spring Hill. Blane at One Drop tipped me off to Chic Espresso, another specialty cafe who bring in a range of regions to sample. Dean and Catherine run this little operation and are a lovely couple bringing service with a smile and a warm welcome.

Oh, and "Chic" is pronounced like "sheik". Just to save the confusion ;)

    Chic is a top place and serve great coffee and have a real way with their clients..

    Also hidden to many with in an 10M walk; except for true coffee lovers.
